SCULPTURE

Accumulation and incompleteness

Tsundoku is a series of sculptures about accumulation and incompleteness.
The works reference the practice of storing unread books as a form of memory, care, and internal dialogue.
The objects capture the pause between intention and action—a state of anticipation in which knowledge has not yet been lived, but is already present.
Not everything must be read, and not everything must be completed: sometimes it is enough to preserve the possibility.
